Every ShredStream.com signup is eligible for a 3-hour free trial stream with the same delivery and features as a paid stream — for Raw Shred Stream and for Decoded Shred Stream alike.

🚀 How to Create Your Trial

1. Verify your email address (required before any stream can be created).
2. From your dashboard, click New Stream and choose the product you want to try.
3. Select Free trial instead of a paid duration, then pick a region. Trials are available in eligible regions only; the wizard lists them.
4. Configure your connection like a paid stream (destination IP + port for UDP, or gRPC mode for Decoded Shred Stream) and submit. No payment is requested.

You can create one trial per product and per region: a Raw Shred Stream trial and a Decoded Shred Stream trial in the same region, or the same product in several regions. Paid streams never affect your trial eligibility.

✅ Activating Your Trial

A newly created trial is pending activation. Two ways to bring it live:

• Ask the team — the stream page shows your stream ID with one-click links. Send it on the ShredStream.com Discord (recommended, open a ticket) or on Telegram @shredstream. We typically respond within a few hours.
• Pay an extension — paying any duration on a pending trial activates it immediately: your stream runs for the 3 free hours plus the duration you purchased.

⏳ When Does the Countdown Start?

The 3h countdown starts only once your stream is actually live and provisioned — never while it is pending. If the region is full at that moment, provisioning is retried automatically and your trial time is not consumed. Make sure you are ready to run your tests, or ask the team to activate the stream when you are.

🔄 After Your Trial Ends

When the 3 hours expire, your trial stream goes to expired like any paid stream. Its configuration is preserved: extend it from your dashboard at any time to bring it back online with the duration of your choice.
